ICHISAN & NAKOVA - ALPSKI MIX!

Hi people, we know time is ever less and we trying to keep this blog alive with all our efforts; the fact we do not have enough time to spend on it it's for real a good sign cause we are always so busy arranging gigs, parties and label releases, then we have more stuff to tell you, ain't it?;)

Talking about releases last shot of Pizzico Records ALPSKI DISKO by ICHISAN & NAKOVA (out for Christmas 2008) has been in the first 30 postions of Juno Disco chart for more than a month. That means people have appreciated it and most of all that the ep was so long awaited after the big exploit of Povratak Otpisanih and the awesome remix of RED LANTERN for Bear Funkier JUNJI MASAYAMA.

To celebrate this cool return of the funky duo here's an exclusive ICHISAN & NAKOVA mixtape called for the occasion ALPSKI MIX.
Their style sounds at this point of the story unmistakable: funny arps, cool funky touch and an inspired eastern afro groove.

JOAKIM & THE DISCO, eclectic founder of Tigersushi records and brilliant producer/remixer was the true revelaton of 2007 with his album for !k7 “Monsters and Silly Songs”, now returning with another astonishing masterpiece this time built of the best remixes he made in last two years, from Tiga to Annie, from Alter Ego to Cut Copy, a perfect mixture of nu disco, new wave and rave, something that truly designs the underground sound of now.
ATTENTION PLEAZE: Joakim will play with his band called “THE ECTOPLASMIC BAND” making a real live performance as a true, decadent and hard boiled rock & roll band!
Sound companions of this big night will be Yess! Dj set (Billy Bogus, Apx, Albibello), Dance Or Die (Dead Elite Records), Minidischi (resident djs in Bologna).

Fakebook party ain't nuthin' but a big big big party time and the first episode will got the live performance of the coolest name in dance scene right now: NOZE.
His last album "songs on the rocks" for chartbreaker Get Physical Music (Booka Shade, Samim, Mandy etc.) is a real gem in underground scenario of now.
